2013年10月16日上午，科锐新材料研究所第5研究小组全体成员在1B321会议室与来自罗马尼亚国家纺织与皮革研究院皮革与制鞋研究所的Carmen Cornelia Gaidau, Luoana-florentina Pascu,Marius Cristinel Simion和Demetra Simion四位学者进行学术交流。
首先，科锐5组侯雪艳博士生主要从小组内开展的制革用酶制剂、无氨脱灰、高吸收铬鞣助剂在山羊服装革的应用以及加脂剂、表面活性剂等方面的研究向罗方进行了介绍。罗方对科锐5组的研究工作和取得的成果表示肯定，双方就我们的工作展开了激烈的讨论，交流期间得知罗方也多年从事表面活性剂的研究工作，Marius Cristinel Simion和Demetra Simion对我们加脂剂方面的研究非常有兴趣，希望双方能够在今后的研究中进行此方面的合作，并且对5组的研究工作提出了宝贵的建议。
此外，罗方就其国内将研究成果或专利等知识产权转化为产品时遇到的问题和科锐新材料研究所在产品转化过程的执行具体程序等方面与吕斌老师交流和沟通。
会后，罗方代表在吕斌老师的带领下参观了科锐新材料研究所319、419实验室仪器设备并共进午餐。此次学术交流的顺利进行为我组研究人员学术视野的开拓和今后的研究都很有借鉴意义，希望双方能够达成更加长远的合作，共同进步。
Academic exchanges was carried out between the fifth research team ofInstitute
of Creative Materialsand the researchers from Romania
On Oct. 16th, 2013,the fifth research team of Institute of Creative Materialscarried out an academic exchange and discussion activity with the researchers(Carmen Cornelia Gaidau, Luoana-florentina Pascu, Marius Cristinel Simion and Demetra Simion.) from Research and Development National Institute for Textiles and Leather– Division Leather and Footwear Research Institute (INCDTP-Division ICPI), National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology (INCD ECOIND), Romania. Leading by Dr. Lv Bin, all members of the fifth team participated in the activities in the room of 1b321.
Firstly, Xueyan Hou, a PhD. Candidate introduced in researched of fifth team to the Romanians, containing enzyme preparations, non-ammonia deliming, high exhaustion chrome tanning auxiliaries for goat garment and fatliquoring agents.With a nice academic atmosphere, we discussed and exchanged ideas with each other. TheRomanianswere very interested in our researches and achievements. During the activities we knew that Marius Cristinel Simion and Demetra Simion had engaged in the research of surfactant for many years and they hoped there would be more extensive and in-depth cooperation with the fifth team. Of course, many good suggestions to our research were provided byRomanians.
In addition, researchers from Romania consulted some details about the conversion of research achievements or patents to products, which is very difficult in their country. Dr. Bin Lv exchanged experiences that how we did in our Institute.
After the activities, the Romanians visited the laboratory 1B319 and 1B419 of Institute of Creative Materials accompanied by Dr Bin Lv and then we had lunch together. This academic exchange was apioneeringwork of our institute. And it is good to broaden our researchers’ horizons and guide our future researches. Both of us hope that the two sides can reach a long-term cooperation and progress simultaneously.
